Student will have access to one (1) attempt to pass their Certification Healthcare Record Reviewer™ (CHRR™) and 45 minute 1:1 tutoring session with instructor.
 
Each student only has one (1) attempt to pass the exam.
 
Please note: If the student does not complete the required course hours and does not pass the re-take exam, a certification will not be issued, and the student will not be able to use credentials.
