Student will have access to one (1) attempt to pass their Certification Healthcare Record Reviewer™ (CHRR™).
 
Retake exam(s) must be taken within 3 business days after purchase. 
There is a cost of $99.00 for re-take exam.
 
Each student only has one (1) attempt to pass the exam.
 
Please note: If the student does not complete the required course hours and does not pass the re-take exam, a certification will not be issued, and the student will not be able to use credentials.
