Question: If I initially took a hedis course from another school, am I eligible to take this course and be Certified as a Healthcare Record Reviewer?

If you provide our Hedis Department with a prior existing CHRR certificate or training in hedis performances measures in the last 2 years or previously work experience in hedis you are eligible to take our RENEWAL course and become a Certified Healthcare Record Reviewer.
Question: If I fail the exam, Can I still receive my certificate as a Certified Healthcare Record Reviewer?

No, this is an advance program and upon completion you will be certified as healthcare record reviewer.
