I am writing to update all students of Higher Level Training Institute (HLTI) Solutions, Learning MarketPlace about our plans and preparation surrounding the novel coronavirus – COVID-19.

Out of an abundance of caution, face-to-face classes at Higher Level Training Institute (HLTI) Solutions, Learning MarketPlace designated locations will be taught through virtual video live online learning format until May 15th, 2020, in accordance with HLTI institute guidelines.

All schedule courses will be given at their schedule dates and times. Students are expected to be in attendance and should be prepared to receive instructions, books and materials via the mail.

Students must have access to internet connection and a computer/laptop/smartphone needed for the course(s). HLTI Solutions, LM will make every effort to work with students to address their technology needs.

It is important to emphasize that at this time, there are no confirmed cases of the virus at any of our designated school locations. We continue to monitor the situation and are revising plans accordingly in consultation with state and local health department officials. We have taken steps to reduce external populations, limit the size of internal events, and maintain an aggressive cleaning schedule, thanks to the work of our facilities and custodial staff. To date we have exceeded CDC and DOH guidance and recommendations.

We have extended our office hours to 10am-7pm Est, Monday - Friday to answer your questions. Please feel free to contact us.
